Like an oasis in the desert, the 60-vote Democratic supermajority is a mirage. Democrats hold 60 votes in name only. And it is far from a guarantee that Franken’s election cements their legislative agenda.

I wonder how many conservatives will remember this when they complain about a Congress that can’t get legislation passed–and blame it on the Dems.
